Customer service and serving the public is my expertise after working 25 years in the hospitality industry for a major hotel chain. I have managed departments that significantly impacted the profitability of a hotel.

Upon joining See The Trainer-Iowa I now wear many hats. I believe that my Customer Service, training, sales and marketing background as well as my ability to manage a small staff contributes to my success at See The Trainer.

As a native of Iowa I am at home living in Des Moines. It gives me great pleasure to be involved in community activities and to be able to share my expertise with those in need of the superior services that only the See The Trainer stores can provide.
