High Profile TLSOs trimmed above the breasts are difficult to fit accurately. The proximal plastic either impinges or gaps - i.e., it provides too much or too little extensive force - and you can't easily adjust it! The Extender™ is designed to provide a high-profile (sternal/pectoral) extensive force on a low-profile (xiphoid-level trim) body jacket design. Simply attach the Extender to the TLSO front and adjust the vertical bar to a proper fit. And the new adjustable extension option allows you to instantly adjust the extensive force with the Allen wrench provided.
